“Lord, help me trust the story You’re writing.
Give me patience, wisdom, and peace as I wait.
Prepare my heart for the love You’ve planned,
and prepare the one who will walk beside me.
Let our meeting be in Your perfect timing,
and let our love reflect Your goodness.
Amen.”
The love we found in each other on a warm September night in Dallas Texas was nothing less than this prayer. The kind of night where the city hums with energy and the skyline feels close enough to touch. Up on a rooftop bar, Dyandra spotted Chequita from across the room—and immediately gave her the biggest, most dramatic googly eyes you can imagine. A few drinks later, courage kicked in. Dyandra walked over—smooth as ever—and asked for Chequita’s number. That moment, on September 28, 2023, changed everything, it changed our lives. From that night forward, we were determined to make our long-distance love story real. We survived three-hour dates, endless FaceTime calls, and flying around the world just to spend time together. With each mile traveled, our love only grew stronger. We promised to put our relationship first and keep God right at the center of it all.

OurStory

We will be in paradise from Wednesday, December 9, to Tuesday, December 15! We’d love for you to join us for the full trip, but we understand if you can only make it for the key dates: Wednesday, December 9, to Saturday, December 12.

We have chosen to stay at Grand Palladium Select Costa Mujeres for our wedding. Our travel agent, Diana, is excited to help secure your reservation. To RSVP, please click the “Book Your Stay” button below to reserve your room with a refundable $100 deposit by August 1, 2026.

Guests are kindly asked to book their own flights (the earlier, the better!). The best airport to fly into is Cancun International Airport (CUN). We recommend arriving no later than December 10 to allow time for rest & sightseeing before the wedding.
